Delicious dinner last night with quality food! Peter was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made "spot on" recommendations especially with wine pairings. Pillar is my new favorite restaurant in Bishop Arts!

Very exciting and well executed menu. The star of the meal was the shrimp and grits. The leeks app was very good, but the crab got lost in the powerful flavors of the dish. Dan, behind the bar, was top notch. Excellent service without being in our face.

Pillar is truly a gem! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere—luxurious yet welcoming, with every little detail thoughtfully curated. The ambiance alone makes it a perfect spot for a memorable night out. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully plated, and you could tell how much care went into crafting the menu. It wasn’t just dinner—it was a full experience. A huge shoutout to Micah, server/host who made the evening unforgettable. Attentive, friendly, and so knowledgeable—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And let me just say, Danny is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever seen. The cocktails were not only delicious but crafted with such precision and artistry that it elevated the whole evening. Between the amazing food, the flawless service, and the unforgettable atmosphere, Pillar has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came here for Sunday brunch and honestly we were completely blown away. The food, the service, and the whole experience were amazing. Our server Peter made it a true five-star visit from start to finish. The cocktails from bar manager Jordan were spot on and the chef’s dishes were unreal. 🤌🏼 I lived in Mississippi for a long time and I have never had fried chicken this good anywhere else. The shrimp and grits were absolutely to die for and the bread was like if Challah bread, and cornbread had a baby! I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back again and again but if you go make sure to ask for Peter. You won’t regret it. Oh forgot to add it was my birthday and they made it very special. Thanks!

Everything we had was so good!! My boyfriend asked me what my favorite dish was and I had such a hard time choosing. Our server Jose Luis was so kind and helpful with suggested dishes. The restaurant was not overly loud like a lot of places can be. Overall was such an enjoyable experience and we can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

My wife and I had dinner at Pillar last night, and it was just one of those meals you walk away from feeling grateful you got to experience. From start to finish, the service was incredible. Our server was amazing—super passionate about the food, walked us through the menu in a way that made us feel totally informed and excited about what we were ordering. We started with the fried oysters (fantastic), followed by a Caesar salad that I honestly didn’t expect to be that good. The dressing was spot-on and the fresh croutons were next-level. For mains, we had the ribeye steak—cooked perfectly and unbelievably tender—and the short rib agnolotti, which was rich and comforting. We also had the pommes purée on the side, which were some of the smoothest, fluffiest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. Dessert was a chocolate hazelnut cake that hit every note we were hoping for. And the two mocktails we tried? Exactly the vibe we wanted. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and they brought fresh silverware and plates between each course, which is a little thing, but it really shows the level of care they put into the experience. All in all, it was friendly, flavorful, and flawless. Highly recommend.
