We had a wonderful time at the Perot Museum with my grandkids! The exhibits were interactive, educational, and fun for all ages. The museum was clean, well organized, and there was so much to see and do that everyone stayed engaged. It was a great way to spend the day together, and we made some wonderful family memories. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas with children or grandchildren🙌🏻🥰❤️P.S We are members, highly recommended!!!

Loved my visit and the museum is very well done. However, there is no excuse for accepting a $10-million donation from Hunt Petroleum (now owned by Exxon) to build an exhibit on the wonders of fracking without mentioning its dangers.

Great place to visit with family friends and kids. Kids will love the interactive exhibits and learn science the fun way. Adults will also enjoy the museum, the gems collection is good. The t rex fossils are impressive. Neat and clean environment. One could spend any where between 4 - 6 hours or more. One could go to the museum cafe by exiting the museum area and enter in back as long as one carries the tickets. The cafe is good and affordable...

What an unbelievable experience this place is. If you live in or near Dallas, you have no excuse not to come here just once. The different floors of this museum are so amazing. They have a floor for dinosaurs, birds, rocks, earth science, space, and probably a couple others that I’m missing. The coolest part to me was seeing the employees work on cutting out the bones from the rock. That part is a must see. There was no wait & it wasn’t crowded when we got there around 11am on a Saturday. When we left though, there was a bit of a line for the tickets. Def recommend coming early. They have a cafe inside if you get hungry. There’s also tons of other museums if you stay in the area after. I think it was about $40 for 2 people for this one.

Truly amazing museum. There is a lot to see and a lot to do. We went around 3pm and came out when they were closing which was 5pm. So many great activities and practical examples are shown throughout the museum. We as adults enjoyed a lot of, kids will surely love it. Tickets are priced at $27 for an adult, membership is also available. We didn’t see any movie but I bet it would be great too. Would definitely visit again once my little is grown up so they can enjoy too

We loved this museum! Both of my kids (6 and 1) had so much fun here. We were here for 4.5 hours and still didn't see everything! Lots of interesting exhibits and that are interactive for young kids. A nice little theater for educational films and a great gift shop. The children's museum on the lower level was their favorite part, it could be bigger as it was by far the most crowded place in the museum! Besides that, my only other complaint is that they could use bigger/more elevators. Given that the museum is 5 floors and geared towards young children, there are a lot of strollers around and we waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator at some points. Not a huge deal but could be streamlined a little.

The Perot Museum is absolutely worth a visit — high-quality exhibits, tons to do, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without getting bored. Everything feels well-designed and hands-on enough to keep you moving from one area to the next. One underrated perk: the dedicated parking. It makes the whole experience smoother from the start — no circling the block, no stress, just park and go enjoy the museum. If you want something fun, engaging, and easy to navigate (especially with kids or a group), the Perot delivers.

We have been to a variety of science museums in differing states and without hesitation, this one was the best! There is truly something there for everyone, and the kindness of the staff is unmatched. If you’re in Dallas, with or without children, this is a MUST.

Bug lab was fun and the whole museum is well kept. Only thing is, the gift shop is way over priced.

Had a great time with my teen boys. They enjoyed the exhibits and interactions. Definitely recommend! Plan for at least 2 hours. We got our tickets online and chose the time to arrive. There's a splash zone in front of the building; young kids were really enjoying it.

I had a great time there at the Museum of Nature and there are 5 floors worth of knowledge. There's a floor that focuses on space, another one of geology and another one biodiversity. This is a great place to visit solo or with a group. It is also family friendly. Parking is across the street ans them one would walk to it from there. If you enjoy learning and science, Perot Museum of Nature is the place to visit!

I took my children here on a Monday and it was busy I didn't expect for it to be so busy on a Monday but neither the list we had a wonderful time when you go in and buy your tickets downstairs is toddler area just for toddlers and it was so awesome my son loved it we stayed down there for an hour and a half and he enjoyed every minute. My 2 older children had a great time touring the rest of the museum as well as my 3-year-old did also. It was something to look at every corner the view from upstairs out of the glass window was amazing we had a really good time we did get there about 11:30 and the parking lot was full so I did have to pay $25 to park across the street but it was worth it

Great museum for the family both for those local or visiting! The process of reserving tickets online is a breeze. Everyone in my family has their favorite exhibit and although it has been a little crowded each time we've gone, it's generally possible to view or do the things we want to. Staff is always pleasant, informative and helpful during our time there. Parking is straightforward and we appreciate the discounted rate as museum members. This past visit, we took the opportunity to view the newly remodeled children's area downstairs. It was nice and pretty and all...but I would be lying if I didn't say that I was just ever-so-slightly disappointed: The use of space for is great (particularly the outdoor area) but where has all the pretend play gone? There is not a trace of it left. Also gone is any local flair that was once there. This could be a children's museum area literally anywhere in the world. The area overall seems like they wanted a "sensory" sort of vibe but even in that way, it comes up short. That all being said, the outdoor portion (with it's pretty generous shade, climbing wall, really cool water table/feature) and the LEGO table (with the camera/AI photo generator) were big hits with my kids.

A very interesting place. There is a lot of stuff I would like to see and to know when I was a kid. We couldn't complete the hole museum. We only could walk around two floors, and two more left. The collections we see here are amazing and it is ideal for kids. It is not a static museum, it is a "touch and play" museum, so kids get interested on it. Great choice to spend with your family and you can buy a membership, so you can come every time you want and do a tour peaceful. My boy loved this place.
