We had a fantastic experience at Pearls. Issac was an amazing sushi chef and guided us through our choices. We essentially had an omakase experience. The food and service was amazing. We will be back.

We ordered takeout for an 8 person birthday party and the food was a MASSIVE hit. Everyone… even those typically not fans of sushi, LOVED the food. Fresh, lovely and tasty beyond compare.

Service was beyond great. I asked them to hook me up for eight people and they didn’t miss a beat. I took praise from the guests for ordering the perfect spread, but in reality, Joseph did it all. He asked about dietary restrictions and preferences and what we picked up and served as PERFECT!!!

Thanks, team Pearl for making my wife’s birthday such a special night!!!!!

I often find that dining alone can feel awkward, but my experience at Pearl Sushi was truly exceptional, and I owe a huge thank you to my server, Hilary. She made my solo dinner not just comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable—a solid five stars!

The atmosphere is elegant and serene, perfect for a relaxing meal. I sat at the sushi bar, which was mesmerizing. The quality of the fish here is simply outstanding. I started with the tuna and then moved to a selection of nigiri. Everything was impeccably fresh and expertly crafted.

What elevated the experience, however, was Hilary. She was attentive, warm, and knew the menu inside and out. She recommended a phenomenal sake pairing and made me feel completely welcome and cared for without ever being intrusive. She’s a true professional who knows how to enhance a customer's dining experience.

If you are a solo diner, a sushi aficionado, or just looking for fantastic food and world-class service, go to Pearl Sushi and ask for Hilary! I'll absolutely be back.

The food is served like art form here; however portion size is very small. I brought some korean friends here for first time. They were visiting Dallas for a week. They were shocked by portion size and were looking for side dishes. Hehehe; taste was amazing 👏

Favorite sushi in Dallas - absolutely love how creative and fun the sushi is and it is SO consistent.

I’ve been 4 times and haven’t had a single bite that wasn’t amazing.

The vibe is perfect for date night or catching up with friends, music is perfect volume and the playlist is top notch, food is obviously incredible and the cocktails are 10/10.
