We had a stellar time at the cheese making class and the cheeses were the best we have ever eaten. So fresh with wonderful flavors. Mauricio does an amazing job keeping the class fun and engaging and there is so much to learn, see and do. Very happy with our experience and will be recommending to friends and family!

Attended the Saturday cheese making class as a birthday gift. We had a good time and got quite a bit of handmade cheese to take home. They even take hundreds of pictures and send them to you so you can enjoy the experience.

We did the mozzarella making class for my bachelorette party and had the best time!! Mauricio was a great teacher. The class started with the history of Mozzarella Co and a tour of the facility. We then made ricotta, mozzarella, Oaxaca, and a mozzarella roll with olive tapenade. It was so fun to do, and the cheeses were delicious! My favorite was the Oaxaca- can confirm it goes great on homemade steak quesadillas. We then ended the class with a cheese and wine tasting! The whole experience was so much fun and made for a perfect bachelorette trip activity!

Had a blast making Mozzarella under the guidance of Mauricio and his staff! He is an enthusiastic and hilarious teacher who is passionate about his work. You won’t regret a class here! The environment is clean and collaborative, and the whole cheese making process is so authentic and fun! Take everyone you can ASAP as classes fill up fast! You’ll take a ton of cheese home!

Took a cheese making class at the Mossarella Company with a group of lady friends this past Saturday. We had a blast! The owners and staff were funny and informative, making the class a special event. There was a cheese sampling and wine snack at the end. The location in Deep Ellum made this a fun cultural event. We took home our home made cheese and purchased some custom cheeses, too. Parking was abundant and affordable. I highly recommend the product, the business and the class.

I highly recommend taking the cheese class! It was so much fun learning how to stretch and fold the mozzarella. We made 4 types of cheese (ricotta, mozzarella, Oaxaca and a mozzarella roll with olives) The cheese and wine tasting was a nice way to end the day mingling with fellow classmates. I really enjoyed the goat cheese with herbs so I bought a roll to enjoy later. They were kind enough to give me some ice for the trip back home. Can't wait to come back!
