Chef Zach hosted a chocolate tasting and made amazing truffles as a giveaway for one of our corporate events. I enjoyed visiting with him so much and hearing his expertise that my daughter and I subsequently took his Classic French Tigres couples class. We learned so much and went home with a delicious dessert!

Chef Zach was amazing! I learned valuable tips and lessons and really enjoyed his teaching style! He took time to answer my questions and offer solutions to issues I have had with my chocolate production process. The one-on-one training was perfect for my needs. Chef Zach was amazing! He came to give a class to our corporate team, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it—especially the chocolate truffles he taught us how to make. His energy, expertise, and engaging style made the experience both fun and memorable. We are looking to book another class for one of our other teams soon.

Emma and I had an absolutely wonderful time. I had no idea there was so much to know about chocolate and you are very good at sharing information in a clear and precise manner. The truffles were delicious and we spent the entire way home discussing the various flavors we could come up with. Thank you again for a very special day for my granddaughter and I, it was so much more than I had hoped for.

Super great class! My dad and I went, neither of us having much cooking/baking experience, but had so much fun and learned a lot. Zach was extremely nice, informative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend, great bonding activity with a friend, family member, or loved one!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the truffle making class. From the warm welcoming and through the entire class, chef Zach was extremely polite, well-spoken and made the experience memorable and enjoyable. He’s very passionate about chocolate making and it translates into the way he leads the class. I've taken over 10 classes with Chef Zach Townsend. It has been a pleasure learning incredible french desserts/cakes, both in a private and couples setting. I've come alone, with my husband and my son on different occasions. The patience and technique with which Chef Zach teaches, makes for a fun and educational session. He even goes into the history / background of the item being taught. I've had a blast learning and baking with him, and have continued to practice at home with his encouragement.
