Beautiful layout for performances clean restroom.good parking but maybe expensive? Entertainment and sit out area good for breaks and conversation.

Easy to get to. Parking is expensive at $20 but it’s 100% necessary to park in the garage to be safe.

This place is a GEM. I loved how very quaint and beautiful the space was as a whole. Because of its size, the incline seating arrangements make it possible to capture a decent view of the stage no matter where you sit. Staff are very kind and helpful. Concessions (snacks, soft drinks and mixed cocktails) are offered during intermission. There is street parking directly in front of the venue (1 hour limit) and parking garages nearby starting at $20. I had the pleasure of viewing the New Texas Symphony Orchestra. A very big THANK YOU to its founder, Dr. Kathryn Brownlee for her vision—making Symphonic art available to every economic group (the shows are 100% free). It was my first symphony & the performance was phenomenal. I will be back to see the other performances in this facility. Support the arts! 🎭

If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! I attended a DFD Graduation Ceremony here in September, and on my way out of the venue, I unknowingly lost one of my earrings. I reached out to the team, and they were kind enough to let me come back and search for it—unfortunately, I couldn't find it at the time, and I thought all hope was lost. Over a week later, I received a call from Breanah letting me know she had found the earring! It’s a very small piece, and she remembered exactly what it looked like. Apparently, another event caused it to be kicked into view—and she recognized it right away. Thanks to her attention to detail and amazing memory, I was able to come pick it up. I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible staff here. Their customer service is truly out of this world. Thank you again to Breanah and the entire team—you all went above and beyond!

A multipurpose performance space that is much more rustic than its snooty neighbors. The rough wood structural elements and polished concrete floors set a casual atmosphere compared to the nearby museums and symphony center. Audiences tend to dress more casually, and one notable difference is that beverages purchased in the lobby area can be taken to your seat. Technically, though, the Moody is top of the line. The lighting, sound, and special effects really made the Bruce Wood Dance Company performance breathtaking. This performance hall is part of the diverse collection of arts and education facilities in the Dallas Arts District, the largest such dedicated space in the United States.

Preston Center Dance 2025 TEAMWORK performance was phenomenal! The staff at MPH are amazingly helpful! So grateful they get to show off their routines at Moody Performance Hall
