This was our first time at a Korean BBQ/hot pot, and it was amazing! Such a variety of foods and flavors! It was so fun making everything! Will definitely be coming back!

The broth and meat quality are excellent.
However, the bowls were not very clean.
Also, the amount of vegetables isn’t consistent — last time I ordered three portions and it was too little, so I ordered extra this time, but it turned out to be way too much.

We came to KPOT in Arlington, TX today to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was such a great experience! Our waiter Nam was amazing super attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, perfect for a family lunch or dinner.

This has definitely become our new favorite spot for family meals and celebrations. Highly recommend KPOT Arlington thank you for making my mom’s birthday so special! 😊🎉🥳

Nice place with a large selection to choose from for hot pot. The sauce and the appetizer bar has a variety of options as well. The service was ok but ordering through the iPad had some glitches and we didn’t get the food in time because it wouldn’t show on their end. But overall a good experience.

I am leaving this review as I have just finished eating sitting in the restaurant. I have to say they brought K-Town to Arlington and this side of the DFW. The environment is very friendly busy and fun. Every item of food that I ordered both for the Grill and the Hot Pot has been the higher quality than I have seen elsewhere. The even have Snow Crab on the buffet bar. Nate aka Nathan was just a fantastic individual very alert and attentive however all of the staff at this location are. Dirty plates beware they will not stay on your table long. Everyone is happy from the guests to all of the staff. I recently went to another Hot Pot/Grill place that I have to take a step back and re-reveiw because this place blows that place out of that water which hurts to say because the experience was pretty good there but here it's most excellent from start to finish. I spoke with Randy one of the managers and he was just really awesome in receiving information and just being present in that moment of life. I will definitely be returning and if you haven't you should come check them out.

Amazing. Best of both worlds. The service was amazing. Our waiter Joby, was very attentive, energetic, helpful, and friendly. The food was amazing as well. I loved their herb soup base. Soooo good. Everything was fresh and tasty

I found this place to be a good combination of Korean BBQ and hotpot. Not a champion in either category for experiences Ive had elsewhere. Their was an excellent selection of food and a sauce bar that had a few extra options. Our server was attentative, they were also not very busy but had enough staff on hand to cover a massive rush. Each person would have their own hotpot as opposed to a singular shared pot. But that can be quite nice for not exactly wanting to share and allowed each person to have their own soup choice. Id actually rate this place a 4.5 but thats not anoption. We will be coming back in the future.
