This is a fantastic spot! Despite how packed it was, the wait time from walking in to being seated was incredibly fast. The service can be a little iffy, and they sometimes take a while to check back in, but given how super busy they are, it's totally understandable. Overall, a really nice experience and a great place to visit!

The food at Gen Korean BBQ House in Dallas was really good! We had Brisket, Steak, and Coconut Shrimp, and cooked everything ourselves at the table. The banchan (side dishes) were delicious, and if you want a salad, you have to ask for it. They give you a piece of onion to clean the grill, which was unusual since we’ve never had to do that before—servers used to replace it with a new one. Our Lychee Soju was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, tasty food and a fun experience!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this restaurant Gen Korean BBQ House in Dallas. The general manager Gabriel is so pleasant & nice & very professional… his staff Tonymy & Venda were totally AWESOME… Please go to this spot cause you won’t be disappointed…. Gabriel & his staff made sure my birthday dinner with 30 guest was quickly serviced our food & drink… This experience was Fantastic and I will be back and I asked all 30 of my guest IF they enjoyed themselves and everyone of them said YES! So Gen has gain a lot of new customers….

I've only been to Korean Bbq places a couple of times, and this one was one of the best. The ambiance made the place very elegant and the lighting very modern. There were no TVs, which was my experience in other places, so there was a better opportunity for conversation. The server was very good about changing our greill when it was getting difficult to grill in. We got a discounted menu during lunch that was angreat deal. Super happy all around.
