The Cacio e Pepe was absolutely perfect in my opinion—rich, cheesy, with just the right kick of pepper. I really loved the depth of flavor, especially the balance between the cheese and that freshly cracked pepper. My neighbor, on the other hand, found it a bit spicy and mentioned the pasta was slightly overcooked for her taste—so I think it really depends on personal preference. But for me, it was spot on.

The 100-layer lasagna was just as incredible as I remembered—this was actually my second time having it, and it didn’t disappoint. Each bite was layered with flavor and perfectly balanced. The salad was fresh and simple, a nice contrast to the richness of the pasta.

We ended with the tiramisu, which was a highlight. It was honestly better than many dessert cafés I’ve been to—light, creamy, and full of flavor. It tied the meal together beautifully.

Parking can be a bit challenging since it’s in the Highland Park shopping area, but on the plus side, it's a great spot to walk around and explore after your meal.

If you’re looking for a cozy place with elevated comfort food, flavorful pasta, and desserts worth saving room for—Fechini is a must-try.
