We came from Oklahoma to enjoy a Vacation and chose Cut & Bourbon for our "expensive" dinner. We did make a reservation for 8. When we arrived and let them know we had a reservation, they greeted us by the name on our reservation and asked us our table preference. We chose to sit at the tables, which were comfortable. A gentleman came by and filled our waters and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered anold fashion and a chocolate martini. Afterwards, our server Shane stopped by and got our appetizers ordered and brought the drinks, which were made by Koby, arrived and were the best ones we'd had. We ordered our food, steak flight, Mac and cheese, house fries, and scallops. After they arrived, they described what cuts of steak were what and left us to enjoy. The food was fantastic. Shane was very personable the entire time, and we spoke with Koby who was extremely polite and personable as well. While we were waiting for the food, one of the managers came by, used the name on the reservation, and told us if we needed anything to let us know. She did offer a card to call and let her know next time we planned to eat there and she would take care of everything, but we failed to get her card as she got pulled away for something else. Overall, a fantastic experience and would go again

Everything all around was really good. I must say though, that a grilled steak at home is just as good as grilled steak here. But I must say, the scallops, octopus, and sides are outstanding. The service was above par, which speaks to the training the staff receive. We will definitely return. Upscale, not pretentious, and exceedingly well run.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary. The service was impeccable and food delightful. Shane was one of the best servers we’ve encountered anywhere. He truly helped enhance our experience and was a joy to have wait on us. Thank you, Shane, for helping make our celebration memorable.

I've been here several times now, and we've always enjoyed it. The menu is a bit pricey, and I've preferred some menu items over others, but I've tasted enough of what they offer to know what to order when I visit. They have a beautiful, spacious patio too that provides great views of the water features and the Death Star. The staff is very friendly, from the host staff, servers, and the managers. The staff seems to genuinely care, which is uncommon in many restaurants these days. They are always extremely accommodating, and they go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your experience. Valet is complementary, as long as you remember to validate your ticket.

Excellent dining experience. Got reservations on line. Friendly greeting. Great service. I enjoyed the atmosphere and kitchen concept. The crab leg appetizer (they allowed a half portion which was ideal) was phenomenal. Steak was what you'd expect from top level steakhouse. Mushroom side was above average. Truly enjoyable dining experience I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area
