First time here and it was a great experience!
The little ice cream shop looked amazing—very clean and inviting, with lots of flavors to choose from.

We tried the Milk Chocolate and Persian Flower ice creams, and both were delicious! The chocolate had a rich, creamy flavor—not overly sweet, which we loved.

They also had some beautiful cakes on display that looked very tempting!

The young lady at the front was super nice and helpful, offering great info about the different flavors.

Highly recommend checking this place out!

Love this place! Botolino makes some of the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy. My all-time favorite? Mascarpone and Figs! it’s creamy, slightly tangy, and just the right amount of sweet. I could eat it every day!

Great flavour selection. Line moves very quick so don't be discouraged. Portions were nicely sized,
Price is excited for the area.
Didn't get a chance to purchase of the cakes, but they look phenomenal.

Best spot for a cold, sweet treat in Dallas. The options can be a bit pricy, but I think it’s worth it. There are various gelato and sorbetto flavors so there’s something for everyone. Personally, the bergamot flavor was my favorite! I also loved that you can sample as many flavors as you want before committing to something.

As others have mentioned, parking can be a challenge in this area, so keep that in mind and be prepared to pay differing amounts depending on what you find.

Visited this place for the first time to try some desserts, and the entrance cake display is awesome and very tempting. I tried the Mini Pistachio Cake, and it was amazing!

They also have gelato ice creams with various flavors, and you can sample them before making a choice. They have a variety of chocolates, and I also tried the Cherry Chocolate, which they said is a special item there, and it tasted incredible.

The staff is super friendly and provided great service.

Visited on the weekend, and it was very crowded—hard to find a place to sit, and parking was tough to find since it’s such a busy spot.
