Avra is a Mediterranean breeze met with Dallas charm. The space, designed with airy stone, soft linens, olive trees, and lush greenery, feels equal parts Greek isle and sleek Uptown hideaway. Walk through that glass-walled Conservatory or past the wine-cellar entrance and you’ll find cozy corners or elegant tables where the only thing stealing the spotlight should be you and your sweetheart. You can pick your fish from the ice display, then have it grilled, baked, or served as ceviche. It’s part dinner, part show, and totally a shared moment.

As one of the newer experiences do us, we found Avra simply outstanding. Victoria, our waiter, was knowledgeable, courteous and honest in his recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the champagne salad, oysters, crab cake, lobster pasta and lamb chops were highest quality, amply portioned, perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as requested. Very nice experience, delicious food and great service!

This place has an amazing food starting with the humus . I have had salmon/ lamb chops/ and both have been overwhelming good. The drinks 🍸 are absolutely on point. Old fashions with tequila and bourbon are both great choices.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in Dallas. The gorgeous ambiance, the friendliness and professionalism from the staff really make this place a wonderful experience. The managers, Jonathan Tsatsoulas and Zach are very accommodating and attentive. Adelle and Noe are both excellent. Drum roll for the food…… Nothing has been less than amazing. I highly recommend the sea bass souvlaki appetizer, octopus, and Greek salad. Hands down the best 3 apps I have had. Having any of the whole fish is a must. The presentation of the raw bar is a true experience. I am not a sweet’s lover, but the coconut cream pie is exceptional. For drinks, we all enjoyed the Helio heat and the house rose’. I love being a regular here because I am greeted like I am part of the family. See you soon!

What a beautiful addition to Dallas! My husband and I love the Avra in Miami and this one did not disappoint one bit. Everyone from valet to the beautiful hostess crew, our servers, the bar staff, the bus crew - I mean EVERYONE was intentionally pleasant and you can clearly tell that the caliber of staff training is high! 10/10 interactions!

We had a mishap with one of our food items and our server Vanessa took immediate care of it and us. I always say, it’s not about being mistake-free as much as it is about how swiftly and kindly you remedy the error and this fix was top notch! They even gave us an extra serving when the new plate came out.

We forget the name of our second server (he had beautiful dreadlocks) but my gosh what a kind & accommodating professional! He refilled our waters frequently, cleared our table as soon as we needed it, constantly asked if we were okay and honestly made us feel like VVIP all night. He also sang happy birthday to us as we were celebrating both our birthdays.

Keep up the fantastic work, Avra Dallas! We’ll be back.

We had such a wonderful experience at Avra. Even though we didn’t have a reservation and the restaurant was extremely busy, they were kind enough to squeeze us in. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the glass patio made the whole experience feel special.

The food was incredible. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection, and the Chilean sea bass was out of this world—definitely a must-try.

Our server, Paige, was amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. We left beyond impressed and will absolutely be back soon.

Best high end seafood restaurant in Dallas. The Chilean sea bass plaki was to die for, perfectly cooked great portion and the tomato fish broth was phenomenal and had a kick. Lavraki (Greek Branzino fish) was light and flavorful great texture. Lobster pasta was 10/10 also a nice portion and better than Monarch. Octopus was 7/10 too salty but good flavor. Skip on the steak, just ok. Cocktails were just ok. Greek wine was great!

Gorgeous, large restaurant with beautiful coastal vibes. The fish display where you can pick your own fish is nice, I appreciate that they provide different sizes of each fish so you pick one that is proportional to just you eating or for the table to share.
Service was ok, a little slow twice, sommelier forgot about us. All of the staff seems very anxious like they are being watched closely and overwhelmed. Great restaurant for people watching.
