Went shopping with Victor and he was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole experience fun and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping anywhere!

Celebrated my Mom's cousin's 100th birthday here in the Bridal Suite.
The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the area.
The service was fabulous, which matched the taste and arrangement of the finger food opinions. Free valet parking was offered and the staff, yet again, was without fault.
This experience was worth driving 2 plus hours, even with the State Fair traffic!

I was there for a family wedding ceremony. The hotel is located near the downtown. Only valet parking is available. It's a historic hotel with nice rooms. The staffs are very courteous and welcoming. You will feel like being in a vintage style hotel as seen in old movies. Overall, it was a very nice experience there.

From the moment I arrived at the Warwick Hotel in Dallas, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible front desk staff, whose smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made me feel valued and completely at home.
Whether it was a quick check-in, answering questions with patience and grace, or offering helpful recommendations as I was there for a 5K Race & needed assistance navigating around, the front desk team went above and beyond at every opportunity. It's rare to encounter a group so consistently kind, courteous, and dedicated to making guests feel special.
The level of service I received here easily exceeded expectations and is a true credit to the Warwick brand. A huge thank you to the front desk staff—you truly made my visit memorable, and I can’t wait to return!

Just spent 2 weeks at the Warwick Melrose and it couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfect, room service was quick (and they were so friendly). Ideally located and easy walking to a few casual restaurants. The Library bar has live entertainment that is spectacular, especially on Saturday!! Beautiful hotel all around with a friendly staff that aims to please. Definitely will be returning 👍
