Our stay was lovely. Came for business. I enjoyed the relaxing pool area. Love the Guggenheim piano. The concierge was unavailable for the historical tour so Jimmy gave me a basic tour of the hotel highlights and it was great!

Parked my car with their Valet company. While everyone else got their cars I waited over a hour patiently for mine. When I got my car back I thought nothing of it. After stopping up the street to get gas I noticed my brand new car had been damaged. Instead of showing integrity the company denied fixing my car stating that I left the property. Meanwhile I put my trust into their company without a bad thought. After spending 300 plus on a one night stay in 200 on less than 24 hour parking. I’m disappointed and this company should be ashamed of themselves. Ppl work hard for their things just a horrible experience!

This is a beautiful hotel! The people who work here and manage this property are truly next level—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I have to give a special shout-out to Katie Torres, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There was also another wonderful manager who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. And we can't forget Roy, who was incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. The exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

Came to visit a guest staying here. The valet parking was supposed to send my phone a code but code did not come through. We ate dinner for two two beers two burgers about $90. Tried to get my car from the valet however you cannot until you pay for your parking online which is a whole nother problem if you don't have a code so I had to go back and forth to the front desk argue with the girl about how come I can't pay cash. I definitely will not return to this hotel.

As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have officiated weddings in many extraordinary venues over the years. What struck me about The Adolphus was its remarkable sense of history and timeless elegance.

From the moment guests arrived, there was a feeling that they were entering a place that had hosted generations of celebrations. The architecture, grand spaces, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt sophisticated and memorable without ever feeling distant or formal.

As someone who spends a great deal of time observing how a venue shapes the experience of a wedding, I appreciated that The Adolphus offered more than beauty. It offered a sense of occasion. The setting elevated the celebration while still allowing the focus to remain where it belonged: on the couple, their families, and the significance of the day.

What I remember most was the balance between grandeur and warmth. The hotel possesses an unmistakable elegance, yet it remained welcoming and comfortable for guests throughout the celebration. That combination is surprisingly rare and helped create an experience that felt both special and personal.

The staff was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality and a desire to ensure that the couple and their guests could fully enjoy the occasion.

I would gladly recommend The Adolphus to any couple looking for a wedding venue that combines historic character, exceptional service, and a timeless atmosphere that never goes out of style. It is one of Dallas's true landmarks and a wonderful place to begin a marriage.

I had an absolutely amazing time at the Adolphus. It is a beautiful and classically timeless building that makes you feel like you are taking a step into the past. The ambiance of the lobby was exquisite which made it the perfect place to lounge after grabbing a drink from Otto’s (the on-site cafe). The staff were very personable and friendly. Special shoutout to Don welcoming us every morning at breakfast and Roy for providing recommendations for activities around town. I can’t wait to stay at this historic building again.

One of our best ever hotel stays! The Adolphus offered the height of luxury with old world elegance. What made the difference was the staff -- very experienced, friendly, and helpful. From checkin to checkout, every employee was dedicated to making our stay wonderful. Very comfortable property with easy walking to restaurants and attractions. Thanks to Dan the concierge for special initiative to give us an historical perspective.

We had Sunday brunch at City Hall Bistro and were lucky to have Rito as our server—he was wonderful! He struck the perfect balance of friendly and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. He made great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure our table always had what we needed. The service really elevated the whole experience—everything felt thoughtful and effortless. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Rito next time!

Went to the hotel for a Lawyer Workshop had a great time. After learning went out to eat at variety great places. Walked around the area and enjoyed the AT&T area that had great places to eat, see events and just chill. Back to the hotel...I recommend you take time to take the tour of the hotel with Dan "the Man" Macey if you can to learn about the interesting history of the hotel. He was a great, knowledgeable tour guide. I enjoy the American breakfast at City Hall Bistro with a complimentary daily breakfast for 2 because of American Express benefit. I had delicious chili at the Rodeo Bar that is connected to the hotel. Others told me the Sushi by Scratch was amazing but I passed on that as I don't eat Sushi. The tea time in the French room was very nice and fancy. Enjoyed that. I ate out at the local restaurants and at the food areas across the street for dinner. The king size bed Room was clean, roomy and nice. I had a good view of pool. Very good power stations by the bed and on the desk. The minature bar was well stocked with a variety of alcohol, water and soft drinks but I preferred to have the bartender serve me a drink at the pool bar and in the very nice bar in lobby. Last but not least the roof top pool was excellent. Pool was very nice and the bar was even nicer. They also offer a complimentary ride in the hotel's Mercedes to take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius with an appointment. They dropped me off to the Texas Fair. I travel often for work at many hotels and resorts and I must say, this was a great hotel to stay. I was well rested on this visit. Next time I'll bring the family to enjoy as well.

Had tea on Saturday in the French Room. Our waiter, Carlos was outstanding. Besides excellent service he added a new dimension by sharing the history and facts on tea. It made for a memorable experience.

Our recent stay in Dallas was absolutely phenomenal total princess treatment from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, every team member went above and beyond to make our experience special.

Stephan Fitz, the Director of food and beverage and Adele, the French Room Manager, made sure every detail was perfect and truly created a magical celebration. Ryan at the front desk was amazing as always friendly, professional, and so welcoming. Franell, the bellhop, was prompt and courteous, delivering our luggage quickly and with a smile.

At City Hall Bistro, Rito and Jenna were incredible! They were polite, personable, and genuinely down to earth, making our dining experience warm and memorable.

And the highlight of our trip; Carlos at the French Room. His service was absolutely top-tier. He was extremely knowledgeable about the champagne, tea, and every treat on the menu, and his sense of humor kept us smiling the entire time. If you visit, definitely request Carlos you won’t regret it!

This stay exceeded every expectation. The entire team delivered exceptional service and true hospitality. I’m beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!

My stay at the Adolphus was absolutely amazing. The hotel has a great number of areas where you can just sit and be at peace. The registration desk staff was helpful and very welcoming. Don in the bistro was an amazing host. Great to talk to and inviting. I was blessed to receive an upgrade to a magnificent suite. This is a great place to stay!

Architecture, artifacts, authenticity. This hotel is drop-dead gorgeous! Matching memorable experiences like the Guggenheim piano that almost made it onto the Titanic and high tea in the French Room that felt like being snatched out of an 1800's European movie, every aspect of the hotel delivered. The service was outstanding - effortless and excellent.

My spa experience was also memorable. Amy helped me to create the experience I needed and gifted service providers like Travis (massage) made me want to come back.

The Adolphus will be my only Dallas destination for both business and pleasure.

This is a top-notch hotel. Every part of the experience has been thought through, every detail planned. It's beautiful everywhere you look. The service is incredible, from the people who greet you at the entrance, the people at the front desk are genuine and kind, housekeeping has great attention to detail and restaurant staff is wonderful. Every time I walked in during my stay I loved being there. A few staff shout outs - Dan at the front desk was amazing with recommendations for sights to see and Roy drove us around in the hotel house car and he is so much fun to be around. I would 100% stay here again, I loved every single thing. Well done.

We absolutely love staying at The Adolphus in Dallas, TX! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—especially from the super friendly bellman, Rich, who made us feel so welcome and even gave me a fascinating history lesson about the hotel.

The hotel itself is stunning, full of charm and character. I love that so many of the “old” features have been preserved, giving it a timeless elegance without sacrificing modern luxury. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right.

One of our favorite highlights was the rooftop pool, which was beautiful both day and night—and the extended hours were a huge plus. Valet parking was super convenient, making it easy to come and go. And just a short walk down the street, we found an excellent taco shop—definitely worth leaving space to give it a try!

Overall, The Adolphus is the perfect blend of history, luxury, and comfort. We can’t wait to come back!
