Perfect spot for a romantic date night! The dark, cozy atmosphere and soft lighting make it feel intimate and upscale. Service was outstanding— attentive, warm, and professional. Great drinks, amazing food, and a vibe that makes you never want to leave. Highly recommend!

Really good spot to have a romantic date. You can enter this place from David St & Seventh St. Need to put signs out there so it's easy to find.

This is the latin restaurant that Oak Cliff needs. You can sit at the bar and split the La Carne (which is like a fist class ribeye, grilled to perfection) or you can have a party with 18 friends in the dining room and feel like you’ve rented out the entire venue and are receiving private, five star service. Or anything in-between. It’s like a latin steakhouse with many amazing non-meat options. Always go early and sit at Danny’s bar, and let him pick your tequila. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m so proud of you of my brother owner and chef Kent Washington!! The chimichurri sea bass is my favorite!! Best steakhouse in Bishop arts and south of downtown!!

Chef and Owner Kent is the definition of passion and versatility. His new concept, Ven Aqui Cocina Latina, is incredible — the food, service, and energy were all flawless. He even stepped into the kitchen himself to personally prepare our dinner, adding that extra touch that makes the experience unforgettable. A true visionary who continues to raise the bar. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at Ven Aquí Cocina!
From the moment we walked in, the service and management were on point — super friendly and attentive. The drinks were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. You can tell they put pride into everything they do. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Recently booked a date night dinner here with my husband and was extremely surprised by the entire place!

When walking in, the bathrooms are super clean, the staff provided amazing hospitality throughout the night, the interior decor is stunning and really esthetically pleasing. This place would be a great place for a girls night, birthday dinner or romantic date night!!

The staff surprised us and had the table beautifully set up with rose petals and candles that created a nice ambiance.

We started with white wine & specially crafted cocktails that were so good!
For the app we had the La Pampa shrimp which were grilled shrimp covered in bourbon reduction.

My husband ordered the steak with chimichurri sauce and I had the salmon over Cilantro lime rice and topped grilled veggies

The food and drinks were 10/10 and by the end of the night we were surprised with a delicious flan cake drizzled in caramel syrup.

I will definitely be coming back to this place for our next night out!

We came here pretty late at night, around 1:00 AM, and they still accommodated us with hot and fresh food, albeit with a limited menu (understandably). I had the best expresso martini of my life and their skewers (shrimp and steak) were absolutely delicious. Apparently the business is relatively new and they’re killing it straight out the gate.

We’ll definitely be back for a full lunch or dinner. The bar staff were awesome and the vibes were great. I got a little rose from the staff which was super sweet. Extremely reasonable prices and good portion sizes for the value.

All-in-all, this is a great spot to hang out on a weekend evening, especially if you like to dance.

This restaurant was beautiful. It was nearly empty on a Tuesday evening. The Ceviche was delicious. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive. I loved my asparagus. The only thing I think should have been better was my steak. It was delicious, but I don't think it was Wagu. The fat was not throughout the steak, it was concentrated in spots and lacking in other areas. The Filet that isn't Wagu looked excellent though.
