I love coming to Triumphs! The staff is usually so sweet, personable, and welcoming, which is why I enjoy coming back. Unfortunately, my experience this morning was a little different. The girl working didn’t even greet me or say good morning, and when I ordered a tea and asked for it iced, I was charged an extra $1.50. In the past, I’ve never been charged for ice or an iced refill, so that surprised me. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the lack of a friendly greeting and the unexpected charge made the experience feel less welcoming than usual. I still enjoy Triumphs and hope this was just an off day.

We came here for the first time today during Saturday brunch and it exceeded our expectations. The baristas/ staff were SO sweet and helpful first and foremost, which I have to highlight because I feel like that is missing in a lot of Dallas coffee these days. I tried the Go bananas! Which was a banana rum cold foam nitro cold brew. Soooooooooo good. I’ll be dreaming of it until next time. We also got the chilaquiles, tres leches French toast, and cowboy sando. The chilaquiles were perfection and the spice builds fyi. And THEN there was jazz!!!?? And the band was amazing. Overall, such a good experience. So good, I’m leaving a google review because we were just in awe of the good vibes and yummy food.

Food and drinks were great. Atmosphere was beautiful, we sat outside. Service was a bit slow I think our waiter forgot about us but he was friendly.

Wasn’t bad for the spot. The prices were a bit on the pricy end. We weren’t a fan of the drinks. It’s more of a coffee shop. We went during brunch hours. It was a bit small. So just prepared

Enjoyed two nights in three days at Triumphs and had a great time both nights. If you enjoy jazz in a relaxed atmosphere, you gotta check this place out. Drinks are on par for the area and there was not a cover the nights I visited. If you compare to the club in Lakewood (cover vs no-cover)...your 1st two drinks are free. Pro tip: get there 40mins to an hr early for a seat inside.

Didn’t eat, just had drinks while listening to live jazz. Really cool vibe and great service. Drinks are expensive but well made. Get there early if you want to sit inside for jazz.

Loved this place. It was very loud but we went during the live jazz playing. Had a lot of fun though. It was crowded but there are plenty of places to sit inside and outside. We got coffees and they were huge and very delicious. A good place to go on the weekend with a good energetic vibe. Parking was hard to find though so be prepared for that.

Saturday morning, sunrise still pink on the glass towers, and I'm rolling through the Design District on a street that has no business being this empty. The kind of morning where you might open it between lights. The gentleman behind the bar took his time explaining to me how there's more to coffee than Folgers crystals. So macchiato in hand, halfway through a thought about the single origin beans they pulled from Noble Coyote, when my brain just stops. There's a 1966 Benelli between me and the whiskey bar. It looks like it spent three decades in someone's barn and they rolled it straight through the front door, wiped the dust off with a bar rag, and called it decor. Gummed carb for sure. Forks are suspect. Whoever owns this place has no idea what they're sitting on and that is the most useful thing that has happened to me all week. My hands started inventorying fastener sizes without permission. This is not a metaphor. The macchiato is legitimately good. I usually drink whatever's in the thermos strapped to my handlebars, but this is different. These beans actually taste like something. Smooth pull, nothing scorched, no bitterness on the back end. I didn't know I had opinions about coffee until this coffee gave me opinions about coffee. I ordered a second one. By the time it landed I had mentally sourced a rebuild kit, mapped the truck route back to my garage, and drafted an opening offer in my head. I haven't told my wife yet. That's a conversation that lives somewhere between the second and third whiskey, which I'll be back for Thursday when the jazz kicks at 8. Triumphs is two visits: before noon for the espresso, after dark for the whiskey. Both visits will end with me staring at that Benelli. 4 out of 5 wrenches. Would've been 5 but the macchiato made me emotional and I don't like that about myself.

Amazing jazz with delicious cocktails and scrumptious bar food! I highly recommend both the triumph’s martini and the samurai. Get there early (30 min before set) to snag seats for the performances!

The flag on the corner caught my eye & it was like a love letter. After running my required errand & seeing I had time; I took a right at the light!! There within my eyesight was a gorgeous patio. Walking in I was greeted by everyone. After placing my order & a firm handshake by Michael… not only have I found another neighborhood gem; an admin oasis. Cold brew & the breakfast tacos continue to fuel my days. Edit- they’ve added to the menu & I look forward to trying it all. The tacos & cold brew continue to fuel my days. The staff is incredible. I hope the ginger never leaves.

Nice new coffeeshop. Comfortable, plentiful seating indoor and out with cool vibe. Food menu is limited to croissants, bagels and bfast tacos but good coffee. no problems parking.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for feeding us! The drinks and service were perfect — no wait at all, and I even made it back to work on time for my lunch break. Big thanks to Marillo for the amazing food! The breakfast bacon tacos were super delicious. He really made my experience great. I highly recommend this place.

Holy…. 1 word = amazing. Stopped in for a coffee and breakfast and boy was I happily surprised! This place knows how to make coffee! I got the fall special maple cheesecake and an omelette. The coffee was so good I got two. Yes, I had coffee jitters the rest of the day but it was well worth it.

Very cute place! I loved that it had plenty of seating both outdoor & indoor! The workers were very helpful and attentive with giving my friend & I recommendations. I had the chipotle club sandwich and my friend had the buffalo wrap, and they were both good! I also tried the apple pie chai, there wasn’t much of an apple pie taste but it was still good! I’d love to return for their jazz night, it seems like it’ll be a chill vibe! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Chill vibes, live music but not as jazzy as I thought it would be for a jazz bar. It sounded like the music you hear at Chipotle. Regardless, it was nice. Lots of sitting space outside, with some games. Cocktails were on point and my party had a great night. Best thing was that valet parking was complementary, still take some cash for a tip. Very nice coffee shop. The layout is beautiful and there’s plenty of space and seating(indoors/outdoors). I came in the morning for a coffee and a breakfast item. Both were very good. However, the service could be better. One of the guys wasn’t very welcoming, which did make the overall experience less than excellent. Also, it took about 15 minutes to get my breakfast taco. The place wasn’t very busy at the time. Others also waited for about the same time. Perhaps it was an off day. It happens. As such, I’ll be returning. It’s a shop that has a lot going for it.

Triumphs was a lovely location. It looked like they were setting up for live music when we stopped in. I ordered the hot chocolate which I find rarely good in “coffee shops”. However this hot chocolate was excellent! It came out beautifully, temperature was perfect and the foam was SO good!
