    A Timeless Dallas Favorite.
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is one of our favorite places in Dallas. My husband and I love coming here, whether it’s for lunch, dinner, cocktails, or a hotel stay. It is also one of our favorite places to bring friends and family when we want them to experience something special.
The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and timeless, with the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The service is always attentive and professional, and the food and drinks are consistently wonderful. Every visit feels memorable, whether we are enjoying a quiet dinner, celebrating with guests, or simply stopping in for a cocktail.
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is truly a Dallas gem, and we always look forward to going back.

Nice hotel. Pool is very small. The charge to use the pool is bigger than the pool itself. Not worth the money they charge. The staff were very friendly, room nice and clean.I didn’t think it was worth the price.

My son and now daughter-in-law held their wedding here last weekend. What an amazing experience with Jordan and the rest of the staff taking care of every need. The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and not a single complaint was heard. Could not think of a better venue to have this event at. Thanks for a remarkable experience!

My stay at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail immediately stood out.

The property embodies luxury in a way that feels both elevated and effortless, nothing feels forced, just incredibly well thought out. Every interaction with the staff was warm, polished, and intuitive. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them.

What I appreciated most was the hospitality. It felt personal. Thoughtful touches, genuine care, and a sense that the experience was being curated just for you.

If you’re looking for a stay that defines true luxury through service and experience, this is it.

My mom booked this for my birthday, and honestly, it was the best. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and kind because she helped me plan my whole trip, giving me tips and tricks on where to go, and what to do. 5 stars, extremely recommended.

We celebrated our wedding at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We chose Rosewood for its exceptional service quality and timeless, classic elegance—and it truly exceeded our expectations.

If you’re looking for an upscale venue with impeccable service for an important event, I highly recommend it.

I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team, with a special thank you to Cesar, the Food & Beverage Manager, who was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive throughout the planning process.

A special thank-you as well to our server, Ezequiel Raynoso, whose professionalism and warmth made the evening even more memorable. Our wedding was truly unforgettable.

This hotel has changed drastically in the past 9-12 months. I have always loved this hotel and recommended it to anyone who asked. It used to seem like coming home when visiting…everyone was so friendly and remembering us from our past stays. The hotel seems much more corporate and impersonal these days which is a huge disappointment. I have been a loyal guest and stayed here several times a year for the past 6 years and knew most of the staff. This visit, it was all new people at the front desk who seemed a little confused by their jobs …check-in was awkwardly handled and they had no idea I had ever stayed at the hotel previously. I booked through Amex Centurion and there was no mention of my benefits and I was not given the room upgrade despite the fact the hotel did not seem very busy. I did receive a call in my room later in the day asking if I wanted my Fine Hotels and Resorts benefits letter. I still have not received my final hotel folio through email as I had requested at check-out. If it were not for Whitney in the Lounge and Gerardo the house car driver who I have known for years and who both 9deliver the sort of service one would expect from the Rosewood brand, I’m not sure I would return.

The arrival experience at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek immediately sets the tone for what becomes an elegant and memorable stay. Guests enter through a cobblestone-style circular courtyard where attendants are readily available to assist with luggage and vehicle valet. A gracefully extended canopy reaches from the main entrance out to the courtyard, ensuring protection from the elements — a thoughtful touch that hints at the attention to detail which defines the rest of the visit.

Upon entering the Mansion, guests are warmly greeted by multiple hosts and hostesses. The sense of welcome is palpable — not merely procedural, but heartfelt — and one quickly perceives that this is an environment where care and hospitality are woven into the fabric of the experience.

I stayed in an Estate Suite, (#803) which serves as the entry-level suite category yet feels impressively grand at approximately 900 square feet. The layout is intentional and efficient, with high ceilings amplifying the sense of spaciousness. The décor blends polished porcelain finishes, refined crown molding, and timeless furnishings — the kind that gracefully transcend trends rather than chase them. Every element evokes understated luxury and the enduring character of a historic estate rather than a modern imitation of one.

The in-room amenities are equally well thought out. As someone who appreciates fine wine, I was especially pleased with the fully stocked mini-bar, complete with a discreetly cooled selection of Champagne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc. This elevated beverage curation exceeds what is typically offered in comparable suites at this price point. I also appreciated the presence of a physical mini-bar menu — a small but meaningful detail in an era where so many hotels have replaced tactile menus with QR codes. The placement of fresh flowers, fine chocolates, and a hand-written welcome note on the entry table further reinforced the Mansion’s dedication to warmth and personalization, echoing the sincerity of the greeting received upon arrival.

As for the grounds, the hotel’s location in the heart of Dallas naturally limits the expansiveness of the property, yet guests likely understand this upon booking. The setting remains serene and well-curated, with a manicured lawn and dining terrace to the southeast (visible as you enter through the porte-cochère) and a tranquil pool area with cabanas on the northwest side. The cabanas appeared to include personalized service, though I was unable to enjoy that amenity during this visit due to time constraints.

What truly distinguishes the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, however, is its people. The level of service is remarkable — characterized not by obligation, but by genuine care. Staff members consistently demonstrate proactive attentiveness, anticipating guests’ needs with sincerity rather than formality. The longevity of the staff speaks volumes: many have been with the Mansion for twenty, thirty, or even forty years. Such tenure translates into mastery of service and an unmistakable sense of pride in their work. Mary at Concierge is absolutely exceptional, while Jimmy and Sergio in the dining room exemplify what it means to deliver hospitality from the heart. It is employees like these who sustain the Mansion’s reputation for excellence and authenticity.

If I were to offer one critique, it would concern the spa experience. For a property of this stature — indeed, a flagship five-star establishment — it was surprising to find no dedicated spa reception desk or direct room-phone line for appointments. As a new guest, I expected a full-service spa with on-site staff. Instead, I discovered that the spa is accessed through the fitness center on the third floor and that therapists must be arranged externally via the front desk. This required an extra trip back down to the lobby to schedule my service, and while the treatment itself was enjoyable once arranged, the process lacked the convenience and polish typically associated with resorts of this caliber.

From check-in to check out the team there make sure all is good. We had a special birthday weekend planned and our concierge, Evan, did a great job taking care of us. One unexpected part of the hotel that we really enjoyed was the pool area. Everything about this property is top-notch. thank you for a great weekend.

I booked a one night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very nicely designed, clean and have a very comfortable bed! We stayed in one of the suites and it was truly perfect! The hotel accommodated my request for a little surprise birthday treat waiting for us in the room and they made sure it was all set up before we got there. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and professional (valet, front desk, butler, room service staff who took our order, room service staff who brought us our order and cleaning staff). Every single staff member we came across was exceptional! We will absolutely stay here again!

My stay at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas was outstanding. The property is beautiful, with a classic 1920s vibe that’s been updated with modern touches through recent renovations. It still feels like a historic estate but with contemporary comfort. The grounds are well-kept and impressive, and my room was comfortable and stylish.
The bar was a highlight, serving great drinks—the margarita was a standout. The restaurant delivered solid food with a good wine selection to match. Service was top-notch, from the valet to the staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Dallas.

The whole staff at the Rosewood was absolutely amazing. Truly, good service is so hard to find these days—but this experience stood out so much, I had to write a review.

Several team members went above and beyond: Jessica, one of the managers, was incredible; Jaylen helped us get settled in seamlessly; Evan, the concierge, was fantastic; and Angela gave me the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had—and I’m on my third kid!

The restaurant staff was also exceptional. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, and any time we needed something, service was fast and effortless.

I’m someone who usually has qualms, and I can honestly say I had none. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Highly, highly recommend. What an incredible experience. We are so grateful to have been able to come here!
