Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas

On my most recent visit, the staff were extremely nice and cool, especially when they valet parked our car. The check-in staff were super friendly and accommodating, even allowing our dog to stay with us. The room was super clean and modern, though it didn't have cable, which my old-school parents missed. However, it was manageable since we only stayed for a day.

What holds this place back from true greatness is the overwhelming number of children during our stay, which made it feel like a giant, expensive daycare. The pool, in particular, was a disappointment--it was so nasty you could practically smell the pee from a mile away. Despite this, everything else about this hotel is excellent, and without the pool issue, it would definitely be five stars.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly helpful and attentive — they didn’t just answer our questions, they led the way. The level of service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Each on-site restaurant served delicious food — we enjoyed every meal.

Our favorite features were the amazing kids club, the enormous indoor gym, and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool. As a sweet surprise, the resort even offered us a generous complimentary dessert platter!

We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury getaway with top-notch service and family-friendly amenities!
