So I must praise and compliment a very special skin esthetician named Jacqueline Bergin that I had the pleasure of meeting at the Relache spa at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine this week! The experience is what I would say hands down, was the most luxurious and relaxing facial I have EVER received from anywhere! She made me feel so special, comfortable and at ease from start to finish! You can certainly tell when you get someone with 22 years experience and my skin feels and looks amazing! She is so knowledgeable of all the products and treatments and gave me some of the best advice for skin care! Then to add to the treatment gave me the most incredible massage on my face, neck, shoulders and hands! I have never had this nice of a facial!! Thanks for making the average girl feel like royalty and so relaxed! I will be back again and again ! Jacqueline is a kind and caring Jewel! You will thank me for sharing my experience!

My husband and I came here for our 8th Wedding Anniversary, we used Groupon and we had the couples massage, we thoroughly enjoyed it and we left so very relaxed. We also enjoyed the steam room and sauna (the females and males have seperate areas for relaxing/changing and seperate steam rooms and saunas as well.) There is a common area with nice loungers, at least 5 different snacks and a few choices of drinks including complimentary mimosas, champagne, water, teas, and other flavored waters. The spa also provides non-slip slip on shoes, a very plush robe and a locker to place all of your personal belongings in. The hotel the spa is in is absolutely huge and beautifully decorated there is also access to nearby indoor pool that is not heated and a truly beautiful walking path. I truly hope to come back again in the future.

Jacqueline Bergin was PHENOMENAL! It was THE BEST facial I've ever had! She was so very lovely! Totally informative about the products and process she used. Absolutely great pressure applied 🥰 How often should one have a facial!?!?!? I didn't ask. Now I want one, from.her, monthly! Is that too much!?!? Peggy Young did an exceptional mani/pedi on my natural nails! She was patient, kind, courteous, comical, pleasant, professional and made me feel glamorous. I'm grateful to have met her, as she made my day 😊

This is my 3rd visit in a very short time because of the wonderful experience my friend and I have had! I had an amazing facial with Quynhgiao. She is an expert when it comes to skin and my skin is glowing when she’s done! Highly recommend her! Edith did my fabulous massage and includes some stretching, which made me realize how much I need to incorporate that myself! The amenities are so nice with the steam room and sauna topped off with a glass of bubbly! What a perfect spa day!

This is my go-to spa (and I’m slowly converting all my friends!) All of the staff are so kind and helpful. The spa itself has everything you could need: snacks, water, hair ties, lotions, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, etc. It’s very spacious with multiple rooms to lounge in. What I love most is that it’s a true, full spa day. When you’re not actively receiving a service, you are welcome to lounge by the pools, eat at the restaurants, relax at the spa.. whatever you want. The facilities are always clean and the staff have all been friendly. My esthetician, Jaqueline, was wonderful! Not only was she was very knowledgeable about skin treatments, but she had such a warm and welcoming personality. I felt so relaxed and had such a lovely experience with her. I will for sure be requesting her for all my facials moving forward!

Discovered this place via Groupon—service included a massage and facial. **20% gratuity is included on the full price of services, not the Groupon voucher total. The hotel itself is massive and beautifully kept. Thankfully there is posted signage through the property to help navigate. The spa smelled glorious—rich notes of eucalyptus and lavender before you even enter the building. Music is so soothing and melodic—really puts you in the mindset to decompress. The waiting areas have plush seating and charming decor. There’s a designated parking lot for the spa & it’s charged by the hour. Relache does validate. The spa provides shoes, locker & a robe. They offer complimentary mimosas and champagne as well as small snacks & water in their lounge. There is a sauna, slumber room, steam room, showers & access to nearby indoor pool (not heated). First time getting a facial and the experience with Cristina was remarkable. Very gentle, takes a thorough assessment of your skin before the service and even made recommendations regarding future care and consistency. My massage was… okay. The masseuse was kind of rough when moving my body—swift in her movements when grabbing/turning my arms, head or neck which caused my body to be jerked. Overall the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and attentive. My only concerns were the temperature and lack of jacuzzi inside the spa area. It was quite hot throughout the spa, seems the A/C may not have been working. They did however setup box fans throughout. There is a jacuzzi on the property but it’s outdoors and uncovered which isn’t ideal in Texas heat. Would have been nice to soak and relax the muscles prior to the massage. Would like to return to experience the hotel itself.
