We loved the heart shaped cake and personalized royal icing cookies for my daughter's engagement party. They even made the ring cookie with a blue stone to match my daughter's sapphire engagement ring! My daughter was thrilled!

If you are gluten-free, or just want an amazing dessert, I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I have celiac, and Pinch of Salt made 2 wedding cakes for me and my husband that were hands down the best cake we’ve ever had. We received countless compliments from our guests about the beautiful and insanely delicious cakes. From our first email conversation to the big day, Abby and the staff were so kind, attentive, prompt, and informative. Whether you’re wanting something for a special event or just need a little treat, Pinch of Salt is the perfect place!!

Solid spot. Just stopped in for a drink after flying in en route to lunch elsewhere (had a hankering for Mediterranean). Wish I stayed for some sweet treats or snacks too. Chai was proper spice, not a sweet syrupy mess. Clean transparent café with friendly staff. Does NOT take cash.

How have I not reviewed this place before?
Go! Go there now. This place is the most delicious bakery - gluten free or not. The cafe itself is so aesthetic and cute. They accommodate all kinds of allergies but are dedicated gluten-free. The caramel pecan turtle cookie is the best cookie I’ve ever had. We love them so much and have made several custom orders - including for my celiac daughter’s 18th birthday cake and her graduation party. They also carry take-n-bake cinnamon rolls and kolaches which are so yummy. Every time I’m in the area, I grab a couple pans of those to keep at home for weekends or when we have company. Even all of our gluten eating family and friends gush about how good they are. The cupcakes are always rotating flavors and they’re always decorated so well. It’s such a treat to be able to stop by and grab some goodies. We will forever be customers of this bakery.
