They have officially reopened after a fire closed them for a bit. The food is good, the chefs are as entertaining as they always have been. The restaurant has been renovated nicely. They lose a star because they automatically add gratuity and are not very upfront about it. Other than that, they're great!

Ramen is really good. The restaurant makes you feel like if you are in Ozaka.
Owner is very friendly. Quality of food really good.

Food was quite good. Had a salmon and spider roll. Done efficiently and the food was fresh and tasty. Saw the check... They added about 15-18% gratuity with no notice and no sign, for a single person. Had I not read the line items, I would have tipped another 30-40% on top of that. I don't abide auto tipping. I went to the host to let him know that was not good. He then essentially argued with me, which was silly. I just informed him the opinion of their customer. As I was walking out he was trying to continue to tell me his position. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but we need to know things like this.
