It's nice to have excellent thai in the neighborhood! Everything was fantastic, from the tom yum soup and peanut salad, even the little spring roll was tasty. The Pad See Eew was phenomenal!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ka Thai is a great spot for dinner. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, especially for the price. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

We sat outside, and it was a really nice setup with plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. It was also great having the open field with artificial grass and a playground nearby, which kept the kids happy and busy while we enjoyed our meal.

It’s not always easy to find a place that works well for both adults and kids, but Ka Thai did a wonderful job. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Some of the best down to earth Thai food in Dallas. The pad Thai is perfect, great texture. Generous chicken proportions. The papaya salad is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The Tom yum also delicious! Can’t go wrong this place is very reliable and always get delicious food.

We honestly would give our review about a 4️⃣ 1/2, but because we don’t have that option, we rated it a four 4️⃣ . We both recently went there for the first time and enjoyed our dining experience there. We had the nicest waitress, her name was Kwang. We enjoyed not only meeting her, but would like for her to be our waitress again the next time we come, she was very good. I had Cashew Chicken with brown rice and would give it somewhere between a four and a five. When it was served, I actually did not like it too much, it was OK, definitely not my favorite. However, the portion was suitably substantial and I brought half of it home. In saying that, the ingredients must have melded together more and the flavor of it today is VERY good! My husband had the Pad Se Ew and he would give it a five 5️⃣. He said it was very flavorful and delicious! We also had two different appetizers, the Spring Rolls with Peanut 🥜 Sauce and the Crab and Avocado Rolls. The Spring Rolls were very fresh and we would give them about a four to a 4 1/2. We used to go to another restaurant before we moved, and would give there’s a five and so it’s hard when you’ve had one you really loved, but at least these were very fresh. We did not favor the peanut sauce here as well as we did the other restaurant, but it was definitely better tasting than some of the others we’ve had. We also got the Crab and Avocado 🥑 Rolls and were delightfully surprised! My husband said, “Look, they use the crab with the C and not the K,” meaning they were using real crab and not imitation crab. At first bite, we also really liked the cashew sauce that came with it. We got the dessert which was fried banana with coconut ice cream, it used to be a favorite of ours, but honestly, we did not enjoy that very much and would give that a two or three. It’s hard sometimes when you found one you really love and for that reason, this one was not what we were looking for. They also had Fuji Bottled Water 💦 And I am so very thankful for that. For medical reasons, I need to drink very filtered water and a majority of the restaurants we’ve been to, do not serve bottled water and we have to bring our own. This was definitely a PLUS and a very nice touch for us!

BUT I want to say our dining experience there was very nice. We really liked our waitress, our food was of high-quality and well prepared, and their plating was very nice also. I’m so glad I only ate half of mine because I’m truly enjoying the other half today.

Ka Thai is Nara Smith's favorite Dallas restaurant, so I've always wanted to give it a try. As there is a plethora of great Thai restaurants in DFW, it did not disappoint!

Portions here are pretty big and the prices are pretty fair, which I really appreciated. I tried the Pad Thai, and it was good, but just could've used a little more flavor, and the protein was a bit overcooked. However, the Green Thai curry was amazing. That's definitely what I'd order again next time.

The inside is really pretty and has a nice vibe, and the staff are super friendly. Parking isn't too bad, but the lot does fill up during peak hours, so just keep that in mind.

Came in for dinner with my wife and son and we all loved it. We got the pad prik king and pad see ew (not sure if I spelled that right) and both dishes were super tasty. I legit cleaned my plate—like every single grain of rice was gone (see pic).

Our server was super sweet and made us feel right at home. My son especially loved her—he wouldn’t stop smiling! We’ll definitely come back soon!

We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Ka Thai North Dallas this past Saturday night while celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Nutt at the front. Her kindness, attentiveness, and bright energy set the tone for a wonderful evening.

Our server, Kwan, was equally exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our experience was perfect. The service was seamless, and Kwan’s thoughtful approach truly made us feel special throughout the evening.

The food was phenomenal – every dish was vibrant, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Combined with the outstanding service from Kwan and Nutt, our celebration turned into a truly memorable experience.

Thank you to the entire Ka Thai North Dallas team for making our night so special. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
