There’s so much to do within the resort that you hardly need to leave the property—it’s perfect for a staycation, a family getaway, or even a corporate retreat. I’ve also attended conferences hosted here, and each one was a great experience.

The property is expansive, offering plenty to explore and admire, from the scenic walkways to the beautifully designed indoor gardens. Depending on the season, there are also special events and activities that make each visit unique.

I highly recommend the Gaylord Texan to anyone—whether you’re traveling solo, with family, for business, or simply for leisure. It’s truly an outstanding destination.

We've been going since my daughter was 2. Our recent trip was for her double digit. We mostly just stay at the property as there are enough things to do to keep the kiddo entertained. We mostly go in the summer or late summer when Paradise Spring is still open. But we did their Christmas event once.

Love the rooms overlooking the atrium. Restaurants could fill up quickly. Love the outdoor pool. But there's one indoors too.

The hotel is top notch. Beautifully build with local materials means the experience begins at the front door.

My check in was smooth. I was lucky to get a room immediately upon arrival which was 9am. The rooms are a nice size even with a king sized bed.

The facility is massive and offers a good mix of restaurants, places to relax, and a large convention center.
