They were so easy to work with. They came out the day before and thoroughly reviewed all the details on how to set up the screen and work the A/V system. When I had trouble getting the speakers to work, they answered my call, put me on Facetime and helped me troubleshoot. 10/10 would use them again!

Freedom Fun Dallas provided a dunk tank and a couple of bounce houses for a company event we recently held. Their communication was perfect, they arrived in plenty of time to have everything ready to go for our event. Both Rick and Meagan were very nice and pleasant and friendly. I am hoping to use them again for future events. Thank you Rick and Meagan for helping make our event fun!

Gloria was very helpful during the scheduling period. She is very knowledgeable about the products they offer and very fast to answer all my questions. The service we received during the event day was also exceptional. Our items came on time, set up professionally and ran by very friendly staff. It was a great experience.

I would 100% use Freedom Fun USA again because of the amazing service provided by O’Shay and Justina the day of the vent. They were communicative, not only on time, but early…. super accommodating, hardworking and overall just a pleasure to work with. They truly made the process and event seamless. I am a community manager for a neighborhood in McKinney, and one event that I look forward to every year is National Night Out. We had Freedom Fun USA come out to do this event, and they knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so friendly to work with, pricing was very reasonable, and to my knowledge not one single snafu in the whole process. I highly recommend using this company if you have some sort of event coming up and need some family friendly entertainment! Thank you for assisting us to put on a successful National Night Out 2025!

I might of left a review previously but here it is in case I didn’t before. Our communication with Freedom Fun USA was quick and responsive. The nerf battle event was a great success for our school. Everyone had SO much fun. Mr. O’Shay was great too; super patient with the kids, super helpful, and very quick to set everything up. We will be using Freedom Fun USA again!

The kids had so much fun playing laser tag! This was an awesome idea to bring laser tag to you. We had so many fun battles. They provided us with everything we needed and more to have a great time.
