Great dining experience with some excellent Irish selections. I tried the shepherd's pie Very tasty. They have a big selection of different "old fashions" would have liked to try some others. Maybe next time.

Food and service was great, Bryce was very attentive and friendly. Lots of Taylor Swift in the playlist rotation too that’s a huge plus.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday! Had the daily special and Chet’s old fashion, had to come back today for another cocktail! Jocelyn served me both times, so good!

I called in advance of the scheduled reservation to ask for a few accommodations and Jason was eager to help. We had 6 guests for a birthday gal's night on a Saturday evening. Yes, the restaurant is older, therefore it does have a lofty smell, but it did not deter the 5 star rating. The drinks were AH MAZ ING! The service was exemplary.. our server was Everick and we plan to return based on his 10 star treatment the entire night. The food was fresh and delicious. We all ordered different plates and not one person had complaints. Salmon, rigatoni, fish and chips, bread pudding, coconut ice cream.. not one disappointment! The drinks- lavender old fashioned, daiquiri, The Writer.. ALL were amazing, but The Writer was top tier! Ever Everick treated us like royalty. Do not let the downtown, corner, tucked away location make you shy away from trying this restaurant because it was worth the money and the 0.3 mile walk from The Westin Hotel.

Great dining experience with some excellent Irish selections. My one critique was the Irish stew was more of a soup, but the flavor and big chunks of roast beef were great. Very tasty side of Mac and cheese too. I got Chet's Old Fashioned which wasn't anything special but was a bit on the pricey side. They have a big selection of different "old fashions" would have liked to try some others. Maybe next time. Maybe more like a 4.5 experience, but I'll round up because the cool atmosphere, and flavorful food.

Chet’s was very different. Chet’s is hands down the best Irish spot in Dallas. The shepherd’s pie is rich and comforting, the fish and chips are perfectly crispy, and the pints are always cold. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and food so good you’ll already be planning your next visit before you leave.

Bryce was amazing!! We walked in not knowing what we wanted and he suggested a couple items that were amazing! Everyone needs to try the blackened chicken Alfredo and truffle Mac and cheese. You won’t regret it!! Will be back for sure

We had the best time at Chet's. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the service was amazing and the food was delicious! We had the Chet's Popcorn Shrimp as well as the Fish & Chips. My fave was Chet's Popcorn Shrimp because it was light and fresh, PERFECT for a hot summer day! Top it of with a good Old Fashion, and this Saturday couldn't be any better!!
