Hidden in Grapevine TX beneath the Hotel Vin, lies a quaint wine lounge with all the feels of a speakeasy. After having dined at Bacchus Kitchen and Bar, our fantastic server Baris suggested we visit Cave Society and made a reservation for us. Corey from Bacchus led us to what is now our favorite getaway to escape for a date night. Our sommelier Robin guided us through the wine choices and took great care of us. She was very knowledgeable and personable and we really liked her a lot!! The charcuterie options kept us going and paired nicely with our wine choices. The vibe is relaxing and smart. We couldn’t stop looking around and loving all of the amenities. I am beyond impressed with everything that went into creating this gem. We will bring many of our friends here in the very near future! Cave Society was truly an unexpected joy!!!! Can’t wait to visit again!!!

What a cool little spot! We go to Bacchus and Harvest Hall a lot so we decided to give this a try. It was a Thursday night so we had the place to ourselves for the first hour. Carmen, one of the sommeliers, showed us around and made some excellent recommendations. The wine, atmosphere, and service are outstanding. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great experience at the cave society. Some info: This used to be an exclusive members only experience but has very recently opened to the public. There was no cover charge for the experience, just the cost of your wine and/or charcuterie. You are guided to the secret lounge downstairs and will need to see the upstairs host first. You will be given a card which tracks for purchases, as you self select and serve wines from their automated dispenser. This was a great experience. The wine bar is intimate with a luxurious and exclusive vibe. The automated dispenser system was excellent and even included the appropriate glasses for each varietal. The wine selection was also fantastic, with some wines I was unfamiliar with and others that I recognized in a good way (such as a Carte Blanche Cab). Their pricing is pretty standard, though they had both expensive and inexpensive options - ranging from an $11 for a 5oz glass to nearly $100 at the top end. When dispensing, you select your desired pour size and the pricing will adjust based on you selection - which is great for trying some things you might normally avoid. Finally, the service was superb. I regret that I have forgotten the gentleman’s name that served us, but we were very impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness. We’ll be back in no time.

Loved the ambience of this spot. Great choices by their sommelier and makes for the perfect spot to catch up over a few drinks. Fits in well with the rest of the vibe of Grapevine and in a beautiful hotel with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend to book a table for your next date night or girls night!!

Had an AMAZING experience down in the wone cave. Trea was our host/server. He had amazing knowledge of the wines and suggested a great dry red. My friends and I thought the ambiance and the charcuterie were had were awesome. I highly recommend this experience. It's a beautiful hidden gem and needs to be talked about more.

Such a cool experience! Prior to our visit, I couldn't find any information about the details of the experience, so I'll drop mine here in hopes of helping others :) Upon arriving at Hotel Vin, you check-in at the host stand near the bar in the hotel lobby. You'll be escorted to a stairwell, which leads down to Cave Society. You're given a card which will grant door access in and out of the cave (restrooms are on the main lobby floor and there are none in the cave), and the card also serves as your card to swipe the "wine vending machine" samples, pours, full glasses, etc., and you're given complimentary nuts and small snacks for your table. Additional snacks and food are available for purchase. There are several wines to choose from, and you can grab a new glass that is meant for each type of wine prior to pouring your own samples. Sample pours range from $4-$20ish, and half/full pours starts around $7 and go up from there. (This is subject to change based on the wines on-tap.) Originally, this concept was available only to "members," but it's since been opened to the public to enjoy. Our server, McKenzie was wonderful, informative, and personable, making it an overall nice experience. Word of warning, though: the swiping (almost like at a casino or arcade) is fun, yet can add up quickly, so tread lightly... :) Can't wait to go back!
