I honestly don’t get some of these negative reviews — I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s consistently one of my favorite coffee spots. The drinks are always well-made, the space is clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and professional. You can tell they care about keeping things running smoothly even when it’s busy.
A few of the complaints floating around are kind of wild… like being told to toss outside food (that’s a standard rule everywhere that serves food and drinks, and there’s even a sign posted). Or nitpicking over a “villager discount” — it’s a nice little perk, not something to build your whole order around. And as for the “no thermometer” thing — if you’ve ever watched a barista steam milk, you know they can gauge temperature by feel. My drinks have always come out perfectly balanced. No concerns over my health or the integrity of my coffee.
It’s clear the team knows what they’re doing and takes pride in the space. The atmosphere’s great, the drinks are consistently solid, and it’s an easy place to study or catch up with friends. Definitely recommend giving it a fair shot — this place deserves way more love than it gets in the comments. If you made it this far, the pistachio nitro is amazing as well as a classic cappuccino!
