Manager is on it! He was on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly. There are more options for bowling balls, than Rowlett. We struggle with finding light balls with holes big enough for adult fingers. Food service could be a bit better. But other then that everything was fantastic.

We lived this location on Saturday. I gave gave 3 stars for the staff. They was super nice and funny, but everything else gets 0 stars. Prices are very high. Please note you Pay Per Person, Not Per Lane $168.00 for only 6 people. Food is Super Nasty. Chicken Tenders very salty, hot dog looks like they left it on the grill to long and Nachos was ok to many peppers.

Bowlero Garland has some of the best customer service all around. From the person at the front desk, to the waitress & another gentleman that may have been a manager. Definitely will be visiting again!

The summer season pass is a steal of a deal. The staff at this location are very helpful and when I do have problems with a lane they are resolved quickly. The arcade area can be lacking compared to other locations but other than that it’s a great place to hit the lanes!

I am absolutely amazed by the service we were provided.

I had a party for my son on a Sunday afternoon. The service was spectacular. I am beyond amazed and grateful for the service and attentiveness that the staff provided for us. I am going to give a 100% satisfaction review.

My entire family had a great time. We had so many people show up and there were nonstop drinks and food and it was just amazing. This has been the best birthday party I have thrown for my children and I’ve done a lot lol.
Thank you Bowlero staff for your amazing service. We will be back.
