I’m a huge cocktail snob. I look for cocktails that are unique- something that I’ve never tasted before. That’s hard to find! But after a long hard day of work, I came to this bar to try it out. I had the Mr Myagi and I LOVED IT! super unique, great flavours contrasting each other, and I loved the glass it came in (long, thin stem. I hate thick stems!) it’s pricey though. I’m willing to pay lots once in a while for a really great unique cocktail so if you’re okay with that, this is the place! I had some nigiri which wasn’t mind blowing - probably better off at an actual sushi place, but overall this is definitely the place to grab a drink

Caviar waffle and the steak tartare were divine, and the only splitting hair area of improvement was amount of space given to drink/dine.

Came with a friend for after dinner drinks and chill. This spot was decorated nicely and situated in an lively area. Upon sitting, we were given the drink menu and colors to decorate to our hearts desire (cmon inner child!). I decided to go with the Pearadise and I greatly enjoy this drink - especially the peanut brittle on top. The kitchen closed at 945PM so we wasn’t able to see their food options but was told they’ve shifted to sushi options. I would definitely return as the vibes and service were great!

Love this place for a date night or post dinner drinks. The drinks are all so good! Would definitely recommend and return. Bartender was so friendly.

We had the pleasure of getting drinks at Bar Colette recently. We had a reservation and they were able to promptly get us seated. Service was friendly and the ambiance was one of my favorites in Dallas. The bar is well designed and the layout/furnityre was well thought out. There is great attention to detail in all that they do. We got the El Puro (similar to Old Fashioned) and Mr. Miyagi (rum based drink with raspberry) and thought both drinks were excellent. Although the drinks are expensive, the atmosphere and quality provided have made it one of my top places in Dallas to get drinks.
