From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was visiting my rich auntie’s house—warm, elegant, and indulgent. The general manager, Ashten, has cultivated an atmosphere and level of service that’s nothing short of exceptional. It’s not just hospitality—it’s a whole vibe.

Every detail, from the signature espresso martini to the humble biscuit and gravy platter, bursts with flavor and care. You can taste the thoughtfulness in every bite and sip. I’m absolutely obsessed. This place has stolen my heart—and my taste buds.

Initially, my visit had a slight hiccup; I received a to-go latte with cinnamon toast crunch cereal on the side instead of in a mug like everyone else around me. I mentioned to Cassidy that I planned to dine in so she wouldn’t pack up my food too, and she immediately took care of the situation. Not only did she surprise me and whip up another latte, but she also creatively presented it in a mug, which honestly made my day! I was not expecting that and was just going to drink my Togo latte but I’m so glad she did that. I love taking pictures of my food, and this just added to the experience. (Yes, I was sad that I wasn’t going to have a cute coffee picture. I know it isn’t a big deal for most people but it truly made my day)

Though the tacos were initially incorrect, Cassidy handled everything with such grace and kindness, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable. She frequently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and sweet demeanor.

Overall, my experience at Parterre was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone in Dallas. Don't miss out on the wonderful food and exemplary service!
