I’ve given many reviews and there’s nothing I like more than being able to give a place a good review because that means I had a great experience. And I’ve never wanted to give a more positive review than I do right now for Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza at Turtle Creek in Dallas.
I sought out this place because it was considered the top rated pizza in Dallas by several accounts. I had already tried Bellatrino’s and Cane Rosso. Both make very solid pizza, but Mister 01 tops the both by a mile.
They have so many unique combinations that I had trouble deciding. But I settled on the Star Beckham. And I was not disappointed. The crust was amazing, the flavors popped and the star-shaped corners (8 of them) with pockets of ricotta cheese were so good.
I usually wolf down my pizza, but I savored every bite. A 13 inch $20 pizza is probably just the right amount of pizza for two people. But I’ve always prided myself on my ability to eat a whole pie by myself (not that there’s any glory in that). Well I did eat the whole darn pie, but it was probably one more piece than I should have had. But it was just too delicious to not eat it all.
I saw one of the salads being delivered to a nearby table, party of one, and I had to laugh because that salad clearly could have fed four people.
My waitress, Geraldine, was the best. She took her time in explaining the many options and her personal favorites. Absolutely adorable.
The manager (or owner) even stopped by to check on me and was very informative about their simple and all fresh ingredients and their 72 hours that they proof their dough. And it pays off big time.
I can’t recommend this place enough to all pizza lovers. And I can’t wait to come back.
Oh, and in this day and age of inflated food prices for eating out, my meal was one of the best values I had in a long, long time.

Great service and gorgeous, delicious pizzas. Sergio was super friendly, made great recommendations, and took great care of us including our kiddos. He made my 10 year olds night by honoring her request for her soda in a “fancy” glass. 10/10 experience and food.

First time here and i can easily say that this is the BEST pizza in Dallas! My husband got 1 to go and said thats the best pizza he ever had!! Geraldine was our waitress and she did absolutely amazing and got us a Nutella pizza for free since it was our first time! Highly recommend and coming back with family next time!

This is world class pizza with world class service! The atmosphere is very clean and polished but doesn't come close to matching the unique flavor and high standard of the food. Sergio provided the best service! He told us all about Renato and did a great job with recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

During my travels to an appointment, I had the pleasure of discovering this establishment. The food was absolutely delightful! I opted for the personal-sized Hawaiian pizza and a salad. The salad was generously portioned, and I appreciated the server's thoughtfulness in offering the dressing on the side so I could take the leftovers home. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, which was a welcome change. The wine selection was also quite impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We loved this place! The ricotta cheese in the crust was such a unique touch—we usually leave crust behind, but we ended up eating the entire pizza. The pizza itself is thin but packed with flavor. Geraldine recommended the Star Carlos, and it ended up being our favorite. We also tried the Laura salad, which was creamy but still light and refreshing. The restaurant is small but clean, and the service was impeccable.

Unlike the rest of Dallas, this plaza actually has a parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. I also noticed they provide a tray and some dough for kids to play with at the table, which I thought was a really nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!
