Chef Marlene and her team did an excellent job for my son’s rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent! She customized an Italian menu, and the lasagna bolognese was to die for! The buffet and charcuterie display were beautiful. The culinary staff/team was very friendly, and Chef Marlene was easy to work with from start to finish. I will definitely use Knife and Faulk for my future catering needs!

Love, love, love what Chef Marlene and her team did for our Welcome party the night prior to our daughter's wedding. She worked to understand what we were trying to do with the welcome party and came back with a great menu for us. She was flexible and very easy to work with. The displays that she and her team created were beautifully done and everyone loved the food. I largely planned this from afar as I don't live in Texas and she made it very easy. I would highly recommend her!

This is the third time we hired Knife and Faulk for our annual Holiday Party and as usual the food, display, and service was outstanding! We had a gingerbread themed party this year and the design was perfect!! I highly recommend Chef Marlene and her team!!

Simply the best!!! If you are planning an event of any size or occasion, Knife and Faulk is your one stop shop!!! We planned our daughter's graduation party and wanted to be a part of the celebration also rather than serve all of our guests and Knife and Faulk set the tone and allowed us to celebrate with our family and friends without worrying about any details. We provided and empty table, and Knife and Faulk provided magic. Big thank you to everyone at Knife and Faulk for making my daughter feel loved and celebrated!!! We had Marlene with Knife and Faulk as our personal Chef for a special birthday dinner.

First let me say that I interviewed five chefs for my event and selected Marlene. Why? Because she was responsive, professional, personable, offered a variety of food selections, took care of all the details and was very easy to work with.

Our event was amazing. The service was great, the food was incredible, and my guests raved about everything. We selected a menu made some changes, told her my husband liked Notre dame and she did EVERYTHING. Yes, she did the table décor, brings everything with her and cleaned up after!

For the first time in a long time, I was able to visit and enjoy my guests. Thank you, Marlene, can’t wait for my next special occasion!

Exquisite and exceptional! I recently hired Knife and Faulk for a private dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The executive chef and owner, Marlene, is a consummate professional. She did an outstanding job of providing a memorable and delicious full service dining experience. The three course steak menu and crème brûlée was prepared to perfection, every bite was absolutely scrumptious. In addition to the private dining experience, I also used knife and faulk to cater my baby shower in October of 2021. Once again, the food did not disappoint. Not only did the food taste good, it also looked good too. Whether plated or displayed, the food for both events were well presented. I would highly recommend Knife and Faulk to anyone looking for great food and a professional food display or presentation.

Knife and Faulk put together an UTTERLY AMAZING menu, presentation (née, a spectacle of beauty to be seen as well as tasted) for my leadership team. They built the menu, the decor and the entire experience was a grand success. HIGHLY recommend Knife and Faulk if you want a truly classy and unique event. Pro-tip: make sure and request their chicken and waffles :)
